From the West
If entering Southend from the A127 (Victoria Avenue) at the large roundabout near Southend Victoria Station go straight ahead through Deepings and take the right hand lane. This road passes under a building and emerges at traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights into Chichester Road. Take the first allowable turn to the left into Warrior Square and immediately turn right into the Warrior Square Car Park where you should park as close as possible to the motorcycle park in the southwest corner of the car park. The entrance to Chichester House is immediately opposite this motorcycle park.
From the East
If entering Southend from the east, at the large roundabout near Porters, turn west onto Southchurch Road and at the traffic lights turn left into Chichester Road. Take the first allowable turn to the left into Warrior Square and immediately turn right into the Warrior Square Car Park where you should park as close as possible to the motorcycle park in the southwest corner of the car park. The entrance to Chichester House is immediately opposite this motorcycle park.
